1. Bhang ke chutney or teel ke chutney
This is one of the most celebrated chutney both in winter and summer. Its tangy flavor bursts in mouth with the craving of tasting more. It is consumed with rice, roti etc
2. Aloo ke ghutke
The dish which is loved by children undoubtedly . It is made often during festivals and consumed with bhag ke chutney or roti .

3.Bhat ke dal
They are local pulse of the region.They come in two different colors one black and nude. The preparation is easy and mouth watering. It is consumed with rice.

4. Kumaoni raita
This is favorite of all time. Loved by every age group. The appeal and taste is distinctive because of the rai seeds ,which is locally grown. This gives unique tastes to it.

5. Chuuk
This is prepared during winters. It involves no fire cooking. This can fail any popular chat. Made with locally grown lemon alike called chuuk.

6.Maduwa ke Roti
This is highly nutritious and healthy, without compromising the taste buds. Often enjoy with Ghuur and ghee.
