NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

LET US BEGIN FIRST WITH EVERYDAY RESOLUTIONS AND IT TAKE IT UP A NOTCH.

Let’s talk about the New Year and well being. I believe that resolutions are not per se for the entire year. But we have constantly engage ourselves in pursuits of long term goals by setting everyday resolutions. Yes you heard it right that one might  not have the sight of what one wants to achieve in the entire year. Be it related to relationship ,career, fitness ,or going for long awaited solo trip. Everything seems a distant dream if one keeps the entire year for this. Ultimately falling into the trap of everyday business and postponing for the next week. So let’s change this vicious trap with super enthusiastic planning of everyday resolution

I mean I always used to have yearly resolutions. Sometimes I succeeded but other moments I would just push it towards the next day or maybe entire new year not being able to follow up as the time period for it was too long. My audacious goals soon became like star which reminded me how far I was from being the success I wanted to be giving altogether. So next thing that comes into mind is how to go about it.

When determining about what achievement we want to have the most important thing to do is set up everyday goals. it helps one to visualize what one is trying to create. Then create a plan for how you are going to get there but only focusing on goals won’t fetch you anything. One needs to start working on habit in life that supports the achievement of the goal


As Written in Farnam Street, habits are processes operating in the background that power our lives. Good habits help us reach our goals. Bad ones hinder us as proven they control our overall automatic behavior. So, this 2019 let’s pledge that we are going to set one habit which is hindering us to aspire. And achieve dreams as a part of new day a part of new year resolution.
